Job Responsibility

1、Responsible for monitoring and managing the entire project process, promoting the implementation of project management standard templates and process specifications in various project teams;
2、Participate in establishing a PMO management system, including management processes, systems, norms and standards, management tools, work templates, etc;
3、Responsible for controlling key nodes and assisting project managers in managing projects, regularly reporting project key milestones, work completion progress, and related situations to superiors, promoting and implementing project progress, supervising quality, and ensuring that projects are carried out in an orderly and standardized manner;
4、Participate in process improvement, standardize project management, optimize processes, and gradually improve the project management system;
5、Participate in the process management of project initiation, implementation, and closure, timely verify and update the progress status and completion of key indicators of each project, regularly provide project statistical reports, report project status, etc;
6、Participate in coordinating project situations and solutions among various teams within the department, as well as between departments;
7、Participate in and organize coordination meetings, reporting meetings, summary meetings, etc. related to project management.

Job Requirement

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in management related field;
2.More than 3 years of project management related work experience, familiar with project management systems, strong logical analysis and learning abilities, proficient in using project management knowledge, PMO management work experience and project tracking experience are preferred;
3.Serious and responsible in work, meticulous and rigorous, possessing self motivation, team spirit, sense of responsibility and initiative in work; Capable of withstanding pressure and multitasking;
4.Has excellent copywriting skills, as well as outstanding abilities in analysis, induction, summarization, organizational management, and self-learning;
5.Good language organization and written expression skills, able to understand project key points and form complete report materials;
6.PMP or intermediate to advanced project management certificates are preferred.
